Rusty Johnson, Board Member
Born and raised in………….Mr. Johnson graduated from Sweet Home High School and moved to Washington state where he worked for the St. Regis Paper Company.
Having always dreamed of owning his own restaurant, he pursued an education in restaurant management and eventually accepted a position with a full-service restaurant in Tacoma, Washington working there for five years.
Moving to Lebanon, Oregon Rusty, his wife Sharon and family purchased a bakery and ice cream shop and operated it for eight years. The family moved to Redmond in 1988 where Rusty began work with Eberhard’s Dairy Products as a route supervisor for the next 30 years.
After retirement, keeping busy was a priority and, through his church, Community of Christ, he became involved in Jericho Road and Jericho Table. Years of experience in the food industry has proven to be a great asset in Rusty’s service to the community and those folks who need the support. Rusty says, “I look forward to continuing my involvement in this very worthwhile endeavor”.
